Cara Mengobati sariawan

Mau Posting Lagi nihh..... Permisi yah 

Kan sekarang ini pada musim nya sariawan yang kayak gini nih >>>>

Kalo udah kena sariawan tuh rasanya Pengen sembuh soalnye
rasanya tuh kayak abis makan benda tajam . :O

Berhubung Yang Posting ini juga kena Sariawan sampek 2 minggu Lebih gk sembuh-sembuh . Mangkanya dia juga nyari Cara Menanggulanginya :D

Ini Tips.Cara Menanggulangi sariawan :

1. Berkumur dengan air garam
Berkumur dengan air hangat yang dicampur garam tiga kali sehari dapat menyembuhkan luka sariawan dengan cepat. Kandungan garam dapat menarik cairan pada luka sariawan sehingga dapat mempercepat penyembuhan.

2. Minum yogurt
Yogurt membantu keseimbangan bakteri di mulut dan tubuh. Hal ini akan mempercepat penyembuhan dan membantu mencegah sariawan. Untuk merasakan hasilnya, pastikan yogurt mengandung acidophilus hidup.

3. Bilas mulut dengan obat tradisional
Bilas mulut dengan salah satu dari beberapa obat tradisional, seperti lidah buaya, ekstrak biji anggur, peroksida hidrogen, jus plum, tea tree oil dan air hangat dengan garam.

4. Oleskan luka dengan bawang dan pepaya
Menerapkan langsung obat ke luka sariawan juga dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan. Gunakan bawang mentah, pepaya atau kantong teh langsung pada luka sariawan.

5. Coba baking soda
Campur baking soda dengan air yang dijadikan obat kumur atau pasta untuk melapisi luka sariawan. Baking soda akan membantu menghilangkan bakteri di dalam mulut dan mengurangi rasa sakit.

6. Minum vitamin
Studi menunjukkan sariawan lebih sering terjadi pada orang yang kurang vitamin B. Vitamin C, zat besi dan asam folat juga berperan dalam mencegah dan penyembuhan sariawan.
